Nightclub Policy
Pubwatch
Fusion Nightclub is a member of the Guernsey Pubwatch community and supports the banned from one banned from all premise.
Protection of Minors & ID
We operate a ‘ Challenge 21 Policy’
Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 years must produce his or her identification to gain entry to the club.
Acceptable Identification
Passport or Citizen Card
Binge Drinking & Under the Influence
We operate several drink promotions, but do not condone binge drinking.
Our Staff are trained to refuse to sell drinks to people who appear drunk.
Anyone who appears drunk will be asked to leave the premises
Drugs
Our Nightclub management and door supervisors take a zero tolerance approach to drug use.
Under no circumstances will they permit the use, carrying, or selling of any controlled substances within the venue.
Any person breaching this rule will be asked to leave the venue and will be reported to the local police.
Violence
Violent or rowdy customers will be refused entry to the venue.
Persons performing a violent or rowdy act will be asked to leave the premises and may be reported to the local police.
Search Policy
Door Supervisors will make random searches of customers and their belongings upon entering our premises.
In the case of females where possible a female member of the security team will under take this.
All Door supervisors are licenced and registered with the Guernsey Police.
CCTV
CCTV is used inside and outside the venue to ensure the safety of our customers and staff at all times.
Membership & Membership Cards
Any guest or member expelled from the club is subject to refusal of entry to the club in the future at management/security's discretion.
Membership does not guarantee admission.
Membership cards can only be used by the authorised member and shall always remain the property of Fusion Leisure Limited. If you loose your membership card, you may be charged for a replacement.
Management reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicant.
Management also reserve to right to revoke membership for any member who does not adhere to club rules and whose conduct/demeanour/appearance is deemed inappropriate.
Any member expelled shall forfeit the privileges of membership without claim for any refund (where any fees have been paid).
Former members who have been expelled may not be admitted on other occasions.
Each member will be obliged to inform the club of any change of address or telephone number.
Where there are a large number of club members, they will be accommodated with respect to entry on a first come first served basis or those who have made advance reservations.
Management reserves the right to close any part of the club for private functions subject to advance notice.
